About Me

I’ve spent over a decade working in the field of mental health, helping people navigate life’s challenges in settings ranging from private psychology clinics to busy university counselling centres.

I work with clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and career or academic stress. In every session, my focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped to make meaningful changes in your life.

When I’m not in session, I’m usually chasing after my toddler, keeping our dog out of trouble, or planning our next travel adventure — often with a cup of coffee in hand.
